This is a small law firm  that can provide you with individualized attention.  I am an experienced trial attorney and believe in the ultimate fairness of our jury trial system.  My caseload ranges from serious felonies to minor motor vehicle cases and selected civil rights infringements.  I practice in federal as well as state courts.  My clients know me personally, and do not get shuttled over to paralegals or associates.  I can devote my full attention to your case and the particular legal defenses appropriate to your situation.  I do not encourage plea bargains, unless it is a last resort and it is always the client's choice.  I believe too many people plead guilty unnecessarily and wind up regretting it later on.
